Had a great time with friends! The staff was super friendly, especially Salma at the front desk, and the rooms were cozy. We loved the food at Toads! Just a short ride to the mall and other attractions. A shuttle to the train station was helpful too, very convenient for getting around.

But I found the person by the pool a bit rude, which was disappointing. He seemed to enforce rules unevenly, which left us confused about swimming attire.

The gym is tiny!!! The swimming pool is cramped, and it’s baffling to see guests swimming in their clothes. Plus, expect a long wait for luggage assistance, as no dedicated staff seem to be available for that!!!

The Premier Inn in Dubai offered a cozy atmosphere. The location suited my needs. it’s near Silicon Oasis. The room felt comfortable, and the new pillows added a nice touch. However, the carpet looked aged and had a musty smell upon entering the first floor. Cleanliness was top-notch overall, but I was disappointed by the lack of three-pin plug points by the bed, forcing the use of a desk for my laptop. The hospitality was commendable, especially from staff like Nelson. Service was generally helpful. I loved having a Costa coffee machine available at the reception, which was a pleasant surprise. Yet, the pool and gym were small and could use an upgrade. Dining at the hotel pub was enjoyable, with a good selection on the menu. I appreciated the 25% discount for residents. Despite a few issues, I would consider returning for the pleasant service and comfort.
